Local breakfast restaurant Over Easy announced the opening of its newest location in Chandler located at 7131 W Ray Road at the Shoppes at Casa Paloma. The new 3,000 square foot restaurant is set to open its doors on Saturday, June 24, 2023.

“We are thrilled to be opening our 11th location in Arizona in the west Chandler area,” says Brian Terpay, COO of Over Easy in a statement. “We are grateful for the public’s support of Over Easy and look forward to continued growth across the state.”

The new restaurant features a main dining room, bar and patio to accommodate up to 145 guests seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch. The local breakfast restaurant will be serving menu items that include the Banana Pecan Brioche French Toast, Waffle Dogs, Hawaiian Loko Moko and Zesty Chilaquiles.

In celebration of the newest location opening, Over Easy is offering a Kids Eat Free promotion through June 30. Valid for dine-in at the I-10 & Ray Road location only, kids can eat free with the purchase of an adult entree. Restrictions may apply.

Over Easy is set to open two more locations in 2023 including a Glendale location located at 6728 W Deer Valley Road set to open in August 2023, and a Tempe location located at 767 E 6th St., with plans to open before the end of year. The breakfast concept is hiring for dozens of positions including back of house and front of house opportunities.
