Bubba’s 33, the Louisville-based chain and Texas Roadhouse sister restaurant, will be bringing its classic American comfort food to two new Valley locations; one by summer 2024 at the southwest corner of Bullard Ave and McDowell Rd in Goodyear, and the other, due to open by the end of 2024, at the southwest corner of Warner Rd and Jewel St in Tempe.

In a statement published by the Phoenix Business Journal, Phoenix market partner for Bubba’s 33, Jim Snodgrass, said, “We think both of these are home runs. We like to be in a vibrant restaurant area that is concentrated in restaurants so … we know by being in that area we’ll be usually the first or second choice.”

According to the City of Goodyear’s Economic Development Department, Bubba’s 33 will take up a newly constructed 7,500-square-foot space near Goodyear Civic Center, an up-and-coming area that will also be home to restaurant, bar, and live music venue The Stillery, as well as a yet unnamed brunch restaurant from Westside Concepts

Bubba’s 33, which currently operates one Arizona location in Peoria, bills itself as being “more than a restaurant; It’s an experience,” thanks to its “family dining meets garage bar” aesthetics and “wall-to-wall HD televisions.”

What’s more, it’s got a scratch kitchen menu you truly can’t go wrong with, featuring burgers, sandwiches, pizza, wings, salads, and entrees such as the California Chicken, Super Stromboli, Southern Fried Chicken, and Signature Ribeye, as well as beers that are famously served at 33 degrees.
