Sitting on a plot of land some three acres large, North Italia will be joined by another Sam Fox concept, Blanco Taco + Cocina, as well as Postino WineCafe, which was first announced last year.

To say that Sam Fox’s sprawling portfolio is becoming synonymous with lifestyle developments around the greater Phoenix region would be something of an understatement, as the hospitality group will also have a presence in Tempe’s Novus Innovation Corridor complex, as well as the ambitious redevelopment at Paradise Valley mall.

North Italia prides itself on “creating an environment that lets you know you’re in for something special,” with a slate of daily specials just “waiting to be discovered and devoured.”

The restaurant offers an expansive menu of small plates such as Crispy Eggplant Parmesan, Calamari Fritti, and Prosciutto Bruschetta, as well as pizzas – including a daily Chef’s Choice – fresh pasta, and entrees including Braised Short Rib, Grilled Branzino, and Tuscan Half Chicken.
