Fox Restaurant Concepts is expanding its taco and tequila empire with a new location of Blanco Cocina + Cantina that will open alongside North Italia and Postino WineCafe at Common Bond’s three-acre parcel in P83, according to the Phoenix Business Journal, which suggests that construction could start late this year or early next.
Known for its lively and vibrant atmosphere, as well as its Sonoran-style recipes, offers classic dishes such as Carne Asada, Machaca, and Chicken Pastor tacos, as well as Tiger Shrimp, Grilled Chicken, and Carne Asada fajitas, and a slate of burritos, bowls, and enchiladas that can be prepared with a variety of proteins like Pork Chile Verde, Caramelized Sweet Potato, and Braised Chicken. Not to mention the brand’s signature Cheese Crisp shareable.
Incidentally, this past spring it was announced that Blanco would also be joining the ambitious Paradise Valley Mall redevelopment project and that that location would have an expanded menu and beverage program. As such, it remains to be seen what form the Peoria outpost will take.
