Pure Green, the health-forward quick-service juicer and superfoods cafe, is set to make its Arizona debut at 310 S Mill Ave in Tempe this spring, according to franchisee Brian White.

White was an early investor in the company, having contributed to its massive $1 million crowdfunding campaign back in 2020, and immediately took to Pure Green’s concept and its mission to “build healthier communities around the globe by connecting people with superfoods,” as the company writes on its official website.
“I resonated with it a lot,” White, a veterinarian by trade, tells What Now Tampa. “I believe in it, it’s how I structure my day. A lot of the ingredients that they use in their juices and smoothies and bowls, I already incorporate in my daily life, so I understood that.”
What’s more, White sees Pure Green’s business model and the rapidly growing health-conscious quick-service sector as a promising market as the country continues to reckon with lessons learned during the pandemic.
“You know, they’re the new kind of pre-covid and now post-covid trend, because a lot of people are now focusing on their health, which, honestly we should’ve done a long time ago, but it just took a really bad era and illness to incite this new concept,” says White.
To date, Pure Green operates in 11 states, from Pennsylvania and New York to Colorado and Wisconsin. For White, however, Arizona is an “untapped resource” that’s ripe with possibilities for growth and expansion.
“My goal is to bring several units and kind of move across cities,” says White. “I’m interested in the Gilbert area, which is up-and-coming and just a booming city. You know, Scottsdale’s always nice, certain parts of Phoenix are great, Paradise Valley is great. So there are a lot of great spots and opportunities to bring more locations.”
