This follows a series of renovations and developments at the golf club.

Hermine, formerly of Marriott International, has been hired on to oversee the opening of the Clubhouse and restaurant, according to the hospitality vet’s Linkedin.

Previously housed in an adobe-style building, the restaurant has temporarily closed to facilitate the final stage of the renovation project. The existing structure has been demolished to make way for the new Clubhouse at Arizona Biltmore Golf Club, which will include the relocated Adobe Restaurant, according to the restaurant’s website.

During the closure, the golf club is offering a variety of on-site snacks and drinks for golfers and walk-up guests. Updates on these temporary options are available on the restaurant’s and the AZ Biltmore Golf Course’s websites.

The renovation project began with the completion of the first phase in March 2023, which included the opening of a new Golf Shop and an underground cart barn. Enhancements in this phase featured a drive-up bag drop-off area, an expanded Golf Shop, modern merchandise displays, shopping areas, and an upgraded golf check-in desk.

In November 2023, the golf club opened the Tom Lehman-designed Estates Course, previously known as the Adobe Course. This course saw improvements such as new greens, enhanced bunker complexes, rerouted holes, and the addition of trees and landscaping. These changes not only reshaped the playing corridors but also increased the course’s yardage and introduced new tee box options.

The upcoming reopening of the Adobe Restaurant in the new Clubhouse marks a significant milestone in the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club’s extensive renovation project. Further details about the grand opening will be communicated in due course.
