Restauranteur Sam Fox‘s new hotel The Global Ambassador and four of its restaurants are opening on December 6th, according to a press release shared with What Now Phoenix.
Coming to 4360 E Camelback Road in Phoenix, their Parisian steakhouse called Le Âme will be offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. They also have a Parisian patisserie, Le Market, that will be serving pastries, coffees, cheeses by an in-house fromager, and wines in the evening. The third of their openings will be Pink Dolphin, which will have poolside Mexican and Peruvian-inspired dishes and drinks with an indoor space that expands into a covered dining terrace. The last opening on the 6th will be Lobby Bar – focused on live music and cocktails with a European flair.
On December 27th, the fifth restaurant called theà Mediterranean Rooftop will open, which What Now Phoenix has previously covered. An 18,000 square foot restaurant overlooking Camelback Mountain, it’s said to soon to be one of the West’s most picturesque rooftop settings.
According to the press release, guests can now book stays on opening day, starting from approximately $600 per night. It also shared the following statement: “Almost a decade in the making, the creation of the hotel has been a deeply personal journey for hospitality legend Sam Fox who has crafted every aspect of the high-style, high-design 141-room hotel to reflect his worldly travels. As with all of Fox’s projects, The Global Ambassador is rooted in the surrounding community.”
