“Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is a fusion of familiar elements ― modern casual restaurant, Napa-style tasting room, and artisanal retail market ― combined to create an entirely new hospitality experience,” says Erin Vainer, Senior Marketing Specialist at Cooper’s Hawk. The company creates their own wines and has over 50 varietals available, from red and white, to sparkling, sweet, and fruit.

The winery is based in Woodridge, Illinois and imports grapes from California and Oregon, as well as Chile, Argentina, Australia, and Italy. Cooper’s Hawk also offers a Wine Club, which gives members access to special menus, events, and trips. Members also receive the exclusive wine of the month.

At Cooper’s Hawk, it’s not just the wine that’s handcrafted. As a guest, your experience is practically curated for you.

“We emphasize the food and wine experience and make wine appreciation approachable to all. Our menu is designed to pair with our wines and our tasting room brings the Napa Valley tasting experience to wine lovers far away,” elaborates Emily Wines, Master Sommelier. You can expect peak-of-season ingredients from menus carefully crafted by Executive Chef Matt McMillin. Some favorite dishes include Pan Roasted Barramundi, Shrimp and Scallop Risotto, and Asian Pork Belly Tostadas.

While the menu and wine pairings create an elevated experience, as a guest you are encouraged to dress casually. Vainer says the Chandler location doesn’t have an opening date yet, but the goal is early fall.
