For Valley residents, you can expect three new locations from Salad and Go to open in Mesa, Phoenix, and Peoria, later this summer. And a couple more are coming in fall 2021.

The restaurant sources fresh, raw ingredients in order to provide patrons with nutrient-rich meals. The menu has been curated by Executive Chef Daniel Patino with a focus on “unique flavor combinations that truly showcase ingredients to make salads memorable.” At Salad and Go, you can select from four proteins, including an organic tofu option, and curate your own salad-experience from there. The convenience-driven chain also serves up breakfast burritos and soup, as well as house-made lemonades, organic iced teas, and organic cold brew coffee.

Should you choose to road-trip east this summer, the chain is in the process of opening five Texas locations. Looks like Salad and Go is ready to be your AZ-home away from home. For more information about the closest new Salad and Go location to you, check in with the company’s website.
